The following Acura models are available with this legendary hybrid assembly that’s paired with a dual-clutch transmission.

Acura RLX

This full-size sedan is available with the Sport Hybrid powertrain that includes the 3.5 L V6 i-VTEC engine block. Three electric motors supply reliable power to boost overall output. A lithium-ion battery pack also generates some electricity for the signature hybrid system. The Acura RLX is equipped with the Super Handling All-Wheel Drive (AWD) that instantly receives torque from a dual-clutch transmission system, which has seven fixed gear ratios.

Acura MDX

Having a mid-size platform, the Acura MDX is a crossover SUV that’s available with three rows of seats. The Sport Hybrid powertrain in this model has a peak output of just more than 321 horsepower. Just like the RLX sedan, this Acura model runs on a seven-speed transmission system that operates on dual clutches. Depending on the configuration, the MDX can accommodate six or seven passengers. This premium crossover SUV also offers heating for the front seats and second-row outboard seats.

Acura NSX

Sleek and aerodynamic, the Acura NSX is a sports car that’s optimized for thrilling rides. Under the hood, the Sport Hybrid system whips out more than 570 hp at threshold levels. This powertrain is synced with a dual-clutch transmission system that offers nine distinct gear speeds. Equipped with a sports-tuned suspension system, the NSX won’t get shaken up by rough roads. In fact, the sophisticated suspension can be set to the Track Mode and Quiet Mode. A racing-inspired cockpit also makes the NSX one of the coolest models ever designed by Acura. Alcantara and leather cover the front seats that have bolsters and other contours for optimum ergonomics.
